Privacy Policy and Retention of personal data
From time to time, I may be required to retain the personal data (I.E email addresses and phone numbers) of individuals who work with me on projects.
I understand my legal duty to retain accurate data and only retain personal data for as long as it is needed for legitimate purposes and on the basis that you consent. I will erase data from any relevant databases if requested to do so.
· I will check with relevant individuals that I have accurate information.
· I will keep in touch with relevant individuals to inform them of any changes to personal data.

Individual’s rights
Individuals have the right to ask me to remove personal data (I.E: email addresses and phone numbers) from any databases created for a project.
I will not share individual’s data with any third parties except by consent.
Individuals can request correction of any personal information held.
Individuals have the right to request erasure of personal information and I will delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason to continue to hold it.

The Data Protection Act 1998 and the GDPR gives all of us the right to access information held about us. The right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act (and the GDPR once it is in force).

Changes to the privacy policy
Any changes to this privacy policy in the future will be, where appropriate, made known to relevant individuals by e-mail.
